2. Refund Eligibility Period

Three-Day Refund Policy: Subscribers who avail our IPTV services may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of their initial subscription purchase.

  • Refund Request: A customer has to request a refund within seven days of subscribing. This should include his name, account details, and the reason for refunding.
  • Non-Transferable: The refund policy applies only to the actual subscriber and is not transferable.
  • Refund Payment Method: Refunds will be made through the same payment method as the customer initially used for purchase.

4. Circumstances That Do Not Call for Refund

  • Renewals: Refunds within seven days do not apply when your subscription automatically renews. Only the initial subscription purchase will be refunded according to the seven-day refund policy.
  • Partial Refunds: We do not grant partial refunds for any unused part of the subscription period after the seven-day period has passed.
  • Technical Issues: In those cases where the refund request has a basis in technical problems, we want to ask customers to approach our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to the resolution of all technical problems that are within our control.

 
5. Cancellation of Service

Subscribers wishing to cancel their service after the seven-day period must follow the cancellation procedures outlined in our Terms of Service. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after the seven-day refund period.
